- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair with the addition of quality cleaning. We evaluate the establishment first to provide a quote. Any unforeseen areas that needs special attention (extra costs) will be discussed with the customer before proceeding. Recurrent cleans within 1 month receives a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding/addressing concerns of their establishment that needs to be cleaned as well as special areas. This allows the quote to be more adequate as well as set expectations for our services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father in-law owned a cleaning business for 12 year's and decided to retire. We worked with him for the last 3 years upon his retirement and decided to continue to run the business.
