The "Pro" and I discussed the job, and I sent pictures, through text after his initial contact. After some back and forth he said that he would reach out on Sunday to discuss the time to be there on Monday to get a closer look and provide an estimate. We had a lot of rain which was the reason for the discussion on Sunday.
He did not reach back on on Sunday, nor show up on Monday (no rain) and there has been no conversations since that time.
I would not recommend this pro for any jobs due to not following up on commitments. I will have to find someone else now.
