***ORIGINAL REVIEW Extremely friendly and so helpful with the repair of my boot pipe on my roof..roofing company wanted a serious chunk of change for a simple fix. Sean was super nice, HONEST, and even super keen on making sure the job he did was right the first time with taking time to diagnose and fix the issue. I will definitely be using his services again!

Not even a month later and the leak I had in my roof is still there..the same leak that Ryan's had "fixed". I contacted them via the business card they left me person picked up I said hello they hung up on me..called the other # listed no answer no voice mail box set up yet? I get a text from the second # they say the soonest they can come out is 5 days (monday morning) despite the fact im having this issue and to which i would consider an emergency (apparently they are too busy) fast forward to monday morning..no one shows up no call no text..i text no one gets back to me i call no one answers no voicemail box set up yet..then a random texts telling me they wont come out today i told them we had an appt..he says o i messed up you with another client..no apology just that he messed up..i tell him i was waiting for him no phone call no messages giving me an eta nothing again no apology i mentioned to him i felt this was extremely unprofessional that i would appreciate a phone call he then calls me saying that this is a separate issue and not the same..i tell him it is the same leak he never indicated on previous messages this was a seperate job when he was out on the job at first he said he could add support to the boot so it will reinforce anything to make sure there was no leak but didnt have the right equipment to do that but did say he would come out and check the leak if it still was doing it..but yet charge me for a seperate job like it is a seperate issue?! He didnt stand behind his work..he did a bad job diagnosing the problem in the first place and just instead had a sad attempt at taking advantage of someone. I contacted Thumbtack for their review of this issue..it's truly sad honor and integrity go a long way

We are sorry you feel that you had a poor experience with the company. We strive to do the best job we can. Unfortunately we were hired to put sealant on a boot on the roof and we accomplished that. We offered to come take a look at it but through poor channels of communication the appointment was missed. We guarantee our work but it's a separate issue causing the leak and not the original job we did. Thank you for taking the time to consider us to help you and hope we can help you in the future.

Ryan's team did an outstanding job on several projects in my home. He removed popcorn ceilings, did drywall patch work, installed a new screen and front door. Everything was done in an expeditiously manner and correctly. Will use him again.
