To date, he has completed work on four of my properties, handling a variety of projects, including:
* Interior painting and touch-up work
* Drywall repair, patching, and finishing
* Installation of new light fixtures and ceiling fans
* Electrical outlet and switch replacement
* Door and hardware installation/repairs
* Baseboard, trim, and finish carpentry
* Bathroom repairs and fixture installation
* Kitchen repairs and upgrades
* Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing
* General repairs and punch-list items for rental turnovers
* Property preparation for new tenants
* Additional repairs and improvements as needed across all four properties
