This is my first Thumbtack experience, and Gabriela did excellent work cleaning my home. She was super responsive to both my questions and needs and was the incredibly professional. I've used various services and people over the years, but haven't been pleased with the quality. However, I am super pleased with Gabriela's service. I found her detail-oriented and efficient in her approach. I have two dogs who responded well to her being in our home. I'll definitely use her again!

This is probably my third or fourth time hiring a cleaning company from Thumbtack. I was about to give up on finding a service that met my standards and didn’t cost $200-300. I’m so happy I found Spot on Services. Maria is a pleasure to do business with. She was able to find the perfect cleaning package for me within my budget, was courteous and professional, and even sent me a friendly reminder the night before confirming my appointment (with all the other companies, I was the one reaching out to confirm because there was no communication from them). Maria and her assistant arrived on time, were super friendly, and kept me updated about their progress along the way. One of my pet peeves is when a cleaning company doesn’t clean the baseboards in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had spoken with Maria ahead of time to ensure she could clean these spaces, and she followed through! Many times after the cleaner has left, I will find spots that they missed, sometimes entire areas like the microwave, but not this time! The cleaning really was spot on, and I look forward to booking future cleanings with Maria and her team.
