I absolutely enjoy the time and effort that Emily puts forward to help me with my weight loss goals, she is absolutely amazing, and she is awesome with working with your hectic schedules, she takes her time to show you the exercises, and does them with you, she just makes me feel awesome,I would recommend her ten times over

I LOVE working with Emily ! She knows what she's doing and she shows me how to do everything correctly ! She's professional and she takes the time even after my time is up to show me things which I really appreciate ! You won't regret the time you have with her !She is amazing!!
