I had a wonderful experience with Michelle. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire notarization process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my documents were completed correctly. I especially appreciated that she is bilingual, which made the process much easier and more comfortable for me. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out.
