- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $50-$75 per hour and depends heavily on what skill level is necessary to complete the client's project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client communication is vital and I like to get to know the client and their situation as each is unique in their own way and don't always require the safe needs to complete in the proper way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most all of my training has been through experience working with clients the last 35 years either as an employee and owning my lown business. I have been able to learn from my own mistakes and successes as well as seeing the results that others may have made which contribute to failure of a project or it being successful.
