- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call and diagnostic fee is $95.00. Each additional appliance diagnosed during the same visit incurs a $55 fee. If you choose to repair your appliances with us, this fee will be included in the total cost of the repair, covering parts and labor. Essentially, you pay nothing extra for the diagnosis when you proceed with the repair. We prioritize the quality of repair above all. While we are open to discussing specific discounts on labor for large orders or special cases, please understand that our ability to offer discounts on parts is limited. This is because we commit to using only the highest quality components in our work, ensuring the best outcome for your appliances.
