- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the fields of computer repair and IT, continuing education is a way of life. Every new job is a new lesson learned in addition to my interest in keeping up with all cutting-edge tech!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been tinkering with computers as a hobby ever since I was four, as a child I would spend hours on the phone learning how to fix my computer since I couldn't afford anyone to do it for me! My professional career started with a few coworkers and family friends and the clients they referred.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't settle for the first place you see; tech support relationships tend to be long-term, so spend a bit of extra time to find someone that you trust!
