- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $45/hr with a two hour minimum. If I feel I have taken too long or made a mistake that causes time to go longer I will discount accordingly!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hourly handyman work is straightforward. Let me know what needs to be done and I will get it done and bill the hours. Larger jobs will have an estimate provided. When the customer agrees we can begin work and settle up with receipts at the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I apprenticed with a contractor for a few years, as well as my on the job experience for the last 6 years
