- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am new to this business and am basing my pricing on the competitive Thumbtack marketplace recommendations. But I’m also applying my own assessment of what I would be willing to pay someone for the services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to listen to the customer’s needs, be honest and accurate in providing an estimate of project costs, and complete the work in a timely manner with the highest level of workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
