Tom was great! He also disposed of the packaging afterwards. A couple parts we discovered were damaged so one of the items is incomplete. I’m hoping when the items come in —i won’t get charged for the assembly. However, I would definitely use them again!

A college student from SURV was great! He was experienced and fast unpacking and setting up the TV. He was also very helpful hanging up a couple of paintings. He was professional, on time and helped to clean up after the job was done. I was very pleased with SURVs service.

They were amazing. I was surprised at the value and their professionalism…the owner is a contractor so you don’t have to worry about the results. I’d give ten stars if I could.

The guys were great - worked incredibly hard in 90+ degree weather. They were professional and did a good job moving everything. The only drawback was somehow there was a mix-up in the "calculating" of what size truck was needed - so a small truck was rented and we ended up needing to make two trips to complete the move. Despite that, I would totally use SURV again (especially if all of their employees were like these guys)!
