We had Maid Right come and clean our 3 story town home and they did an incredible job! Having 3 pets in the house as well as 4 people it can get pretty dirty. The team they sent did not only an efficient job but also were very quick and did not waste time. On top of it all, one of the companies managers ‘Ben’ came out to our place to oversee their work and check to make sure we were satisfied. This company went above and beyond and we will be sure to use them again in the future!

I have been with Maid Right over 4 years. They consistently clean my house as outlined on first visit. My kitchen gets a lot of use and it is always shinning when the team leaves.

The team was great! They worked very quickly but did a very thorough job. My house has never sparkled more!
The team asked questions to ensure they understood what needed to be addressed and had no issue asking for feedback. Would definitely recommend!

This business is bogus. I booked an important cleaning job with them, received a confirmation from Thumbtack and text from the cleaning co. themselves. They never showed up. When I called a “Ben” from whom I had received a text in the morning, told me they didn’t do same-day bookings and the fact that Thumbtack had confirmed it was of no importance to him or his company. He was a total jerk to me on the phone and said that “no one” ever does same-day bookings and laughed at me. Long story short, I would never recommend this company. Wish I could give a negative rating.

Hi Sharon, we apologize for your negative experience with our company. As we explained over the phone, we do not provide same day service on post construction projects. We sent a text to you this morning that stated someone would contact you today at their earliest convenience. I’m sorry if you were not contacted in a manner you preferred, but we did provide recommendations for other companies that could possibly provide a service to you. After speaking with you for several minutes, you became irate and used profane language towards our staff, which we do not tolerate. We strive for excellence and will always bend over backwards to accommodate our customers needs, but that is not always possible when we are given less than a few hours notice. Best of luck to you going forward.
