- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to first responders, teachers and active duty military and offer free services for to community members dealing with cancer treatments so they can concentrate on recovery instead of their to-do list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do a walk through with them to make sure what their expectations are, what it important to them and to let them know services I provide that they did not even think about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years of combined professional cleaning experience.
