- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically work in 6 week blocks as I have found over the years, that this is an amount of time that works well for change. I am happy to do single sessions if the client prefers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a consult where the client can ask questions, I can find out a bit about what you're looking to achieve with coaching and together we can decide if we are a good fit for coaching. That call is free and typically is about a half hour. If we decide to proceed forward, I will send "homework", an invoice and a zoom link that we will use. We will meet once a week together with possible check ins in between sessions. During the sessions, we will identify the obstacles, work on strategies and clear the path for the future of your choosing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was Certified as a Life and Weight Coach from the Life Coach School. I am also Certified as a Crossfit Coach, Crossfit Kids and Crossfit Nutrition Coach. I have hundreds of hours of coaching over the 15 years of experience.
