Introduction
In a former life, John Griffith was a claims adjuster. He knows exactly how the insurance company will attack your case, and helps you avoid making those types of mistakes. Now, he fights for you... and has had fantastic results for people like you in your same situation. Ethically, we cannot say that John is the Best Attorney in Tennessee, but he has been awarded numerous awards, including Best of the Bar in Tennessee, 100 Best Trial Lawyers in America, and has had several of the largest verdicts in Middle Tennessee. He serves his community by giving back, and has long supported FrankTown Open Hearts, his church, and other charities. He has sponsored multiple scholarships for various high schools in Williamson County, where he resides and his 5 children go to school . He also enjoys coaching football and soccer for his kids. We enjoy standing up for the little guy. The insurance company has unlimited resources to train their adjusters to try and stealthily gain the upper hand on you, and you are not even aware of it. In my opinion, Griffith Law Firm is a rare find - a law firm with the utmost integrity, extreme intelligence, and personal committment and caring for the people they represent. I found Griffith Law Firm to be one of the few law firms that has effectively combined doing the right thing with the demands of legal process and procedure. Griffith Law Firm is passionate about what they do, but realistic about the potential outcomes. They showed a real concern for me and navigated the complex legal aspects of the case with surgical precision, but never forgot to keep it simple. John and his staff are extremely knowledgable, professional, caring and honest. John returns phone calls and emails promptly--even on Saturdays. Thank you to the staff at Griffith Law Firm. I think that there are three things you need from legal representation. You must be able to trust the person will fight for you, believe the person is competent and lastly takes pride in the outcome of the case. John and his team are the poster child for all three. His ability to be creative with strategy and lean on his many legal relationships he has built over time is what separates him from others. He genuinely cares and takes pride in delivering that one phone call that anyone is frantically waiting on, "We Won!." Thank you John and your staff, you deserve the utmost respect in your community for the work that you do fighting for others. You will always have my respect and deepest gratitude for what you do.

We were rear-ended while sitting at a stoplight. I had no warning - it was like a bomb went off in the car. The person driving the car that hit me was an 83-year-old man, who didn't seem to know where he was. My wife and I were taken to the Williamson ER and released with no apparent obvious injuries. I thought I was doing okay, but three weeks later I developed major problems with walking - I could not control my legs. I knew this was a very serious turn of events and went back to the ER. A MRI revealed large bilateral sub-dural hematomas, which affected my speech as well as walking. That evening I was transferred to Vanderbilt, where I was admitted to the Neurology ICU. Four holes were drilled through my skull to allow placement of drainage tubes. I was released four days later and was cleared for driving five weeks later. I knew I needed legal advice to handle the complexities of my injuries. A friend at church recommended Griffith Law, who we saw in a few days. I was very satisfied with their help. They took care of everything and coordinated medical and insurance claims - my bill at Vanderbilt was over $70K. They dealt effectively with the other party's insurance and allowed me to answer inquiries concerning the late appearance of of these symptoms (my pre-retirement career was as a neuroscientist in the Surgery Department of the University of Cincinnati). After about one year the offending party's insurance offered what I considered a fair settlement. The lawyers at Griffith Law were always respectful and educated my wife and I concerning the legal jungle. We are very pleased with their efforts in reaching a fair settlement and recommend them to anyone seeking legal help.

I had a very strange case. A van ran into me, inside my motel room ,while on vacation. I had gone with another attorney who was sitting on my case, with all kinds of excuses why they were not doing anything, it was beyond frustrating! So I was referred to Griffith Law. I am so glad I went with them! Johnathan Lawrence and Bethany Robinson were on top of it! They kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my case. That may not seem like much but it is big when your worried about hospital bills! I did have one local biller that really could not wait on my settlement, because they are a small business. Well Griffith Law cut them a check out of their own account so it would not affect this small business. I'm one for small businesses-which is another reason I really like this company. They are small enough to know you-I do mean the entire staff. But they really have the knowledge and connections of a major office. Thanks again Griffith Law, Johnathan and Bethany!
