- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients never write us a check....EVER. We are only paid if we collect. Our clients always come in first place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients reach out by phone, chat, or email so we learn about their situation. If we feel we can help you, we schedule a free, confidential face-to-face meeting. Clients do not pay us unless we are able to collect on their behalf.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an insurance claims adjuster and thought I was going to hell for being trained to take advantage of people. I know all of their trickery and deception and i have used that knowledge to the benefit of our people we help.
