I have done strength training with Erich for the past several years. During that time I have significantly increased my muscle strength which allows me as I age to stay active and to continue my passion for gardening (hey, those wet mulch bags are heavy!).
In addition Erich is an interesting person to speak with which makes the sessions fly by.
I would highly recommend Erich as your personal trainer.

I have been working with Erich for 8 months and he as truly helped me transform my body! After a major weight loss, my body was weak with no muscle left at all! I now have muscle tone, definition in my legs and back! The proof is the in photos! The first picture is the morning I began working with Erich! He is very accommodating and knows exactly what exercises and weights to use to ensure no injuries happen!
