My name is Greg Newson, and I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years.
I was fed up with mediocre service and sub-par dining experiences. My team (my brother, cousin, and I) want to bring back the love and soul to cooking.
We want our food to reflect our passion. We want you to be reminding of dining at Grandma's—with an upscale twist.

Greg with Sultry Soul catered our son's first birthday party. Everything he did for us was amazing! He made three dishes for us as we requested. My favorite was the broccoli bites! They are like fried broccoli casserole with a little kick! He was there promptly, made everything fresh, and cleaned up quickly. Along with all of these things he is extremely professional and friendly. We will be contacting him again for our wedding and our other catering needs. Thanks for everything!

Rehearsal dinner. I would recommend them to everyone. They were calm, professional and the food Rocked. I don't live in the area but anyone who does should give them a call

All of my dining experiences with Sultry Soul has been amazing. The food is delectable and savory; presentation is of 5 star quality; and the service was impeccable. I have been to a number of events catered by Sultry Soul and private dining events. There is no other company that puts an elegant spin on soul food like Sultry Soul.

I wanted to give my husband a new experience for his 30th birthday and having Mr. Newsome as our personal chef for the evening was amazing. The food was great, very professional and is definitely something that we will do again! Thank you Sultry Soul for helping me give my husband the best 30th birthday.
