I am beyond myself and stand amazed at how meticulous and professional the representative of this company is. From the initial contact he explained the process every step of the way. I work 3rd shift and was very concerned about coordination of our new roof and James went the extra mile to make sure that my needs were met. I will recommend your company everywhere I go. Update: The repair that was done did not fix the leak I had. I attempted to get him back out to address the leak as he stated he would if there was still a problem. Unfortunately I was unable to get a response or rescheduled appt.
James did a great job keeping me informed of the problem and what would be done to correct it. He was very courteous and professional. I recommend 4 Square to anyone in need of roof repairs.
