- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always told to raise my prices! Our chocolate products are phenomenal.. and I like getting them into as many mouths as possible. Please take advantage of my generosity!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen.. and decide if we're the best fit. We are not a full-service catering company but believe we can bring joy to any event. We are also willing to work with others who focus more on the main meal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been baking Brazilian treats for 30 years, and I love to experiment. Nothing brings more joy than seeing faces light up when they try my food.
