I actually had to leave out of town when Appalachian Maid Services came to clean our house. But when I talked to my wife later that day she said the house looked great and I would be happy with our choice of maid services. When I came home the next day and looked around I was MORE than satisfied. A.M.S did an outstanding job. They are professional, punctual, and pay attention to detail. I would recommend them to anybody. They are really worth every penny.

It is a pleasure to write a review for Kara---she has been cleaning my home for over a year now and I am thoroughly pleased every time she has come to clean! What a pleasure to have her work in my home, to feel her thoughtful presence as she works and does such a complete job---I always text her to thank her because the care is so palpable! The ladies who came to clean were very pleasant and did a thorough job of deep cleaning the house. We will be having our house deep cleaned more often now, and we will use Town Mountain Maids when we do.

My mom and dad were coming to visit and I wanted their guestroom and living space to be comfortable and clean. The transaction was handled very professionally and it was SO easy booking and paying online. I have used other cleaning services in the past and Maid in Asheville is the best I've dealt with. They did a very thorough job, are hard working, and very pleasant. They are eager to please the customer while providing attention to special needs/specific requests and willing to go the extra mile and do a good job. I usually do not write reviews, however I wanted to take the time to express how happy I am to have found Kathy! I originally hired Kathy help me do a big "spring" cleaning to my house. But I was so impressed by her work (vs. cost) that I decided to setup a bi-weekly schedule with her to help maintain my home. We travel between two homes in different states and Kathy has been a huge help taking care of our house in NC! Her work quality is supurb, fees are affordable, and she is very well-spoken and professional! I cannot explain what a blessing finding Kathy has been!

Danielle did a fantastic job on a move in clean. When I walked in my house I could smell the scent of lavender and everything sparkled and shined. She was very detailed. I now am using her on a reocurring basis.
