Introduction: I try to be honest and up front with my customers. There is no need in trying to cover some aspects of the job up. I try to look at all the problems that are not visible to the average person. I like to get everything out front so as to limit the number of "unforeseen" problems that can occur. I enjoy meeting new people, and seeing them smile and happy when the job is completed. A lot of the people i have worked for have become friends of some sort.

Sam put tile in our bathroom and we were very pleased with his work. He was depedable and the price was right. Since then we have asked him to help with a couple of odd jobs and we have not been disappointed and will definitely use him again.

Sam did a great job putting down a porch floor and replacing trim wood on my shed. He showed up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself and did a little extra job of removing hardware from manure rakes so I could reuse them instead of throwing them away. He worked within my budget and was open to ideas on what would be the least expensive way to do things but still provide a finished product I was happy with. I will recommend Sam to others and use him for future work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated here. I charge 17.50 per hour depending on the job I am doing. We now accept all Major Credit and Debit Cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them on-site for a free estimate of their project or remodeling plans. I try to keep in touch with my customers on a regular basis...we all know things can change rather quickly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed working with my hands, i enjoy the outdoors, koi ponds, landscaping, etc. I have been around construction and the building trade nearly all my life, its just something that i enjoy. And try to put my heart and soul into everything i do.
