Introduction: A majority of personal trainers are and have always been athletes, often resulting in a failure to connect with those who are seeking assistance from a professional for weight and health related goals. I was not always an athlete so I know first hand just how difficult it is to make the shift to a healthier lifestyle, and then maintain it once you've made the jump.
My perspective is much more geared towards helping the client address and overcome any obstacles they may encounter by first identifying the problem at hand, and then helping them to create a solution they can stick to in order to meet their goals.
I love the opportunity to meet new people and help them understand just how easy it can be to get on the healthy track and the benefits that come about by doing so.
