Very disappointed. Assigned workers were very inexperienced and did not have required tools. I had to prepare to leave, so I paid them as they were about 85% complete. Stated they had plenty of mulch plus extra. They were gone within 10 minutes. Made multiple requests for them to return to complete the job. Assured me they were returning, but never did. I learned a valuable lesson.
