All I can say is that these guys were great! They moved a two-bedroom condo from Franklin to Murfreesboro in about 4 hours. They worked hard, took care of our furniture, and packed and unpacked with care.
We were very impressed with their work ethic, their care, the speed with which they got things done, and the price for the job.
Highly recommended and will use again if needed!

They responded quickly. There was plenty of communication. I received the written details the same afternoon. They showed up for the job on time. I got a text when they were in their way. They moved my items carefully and quickly.
My move was small and my items were light weight. They did a great job!

Terry and Ryan were Freaking AMAZING, they picked up the 405 lb. Safe at Tractor Supply I ordered and delivered it to my daughters home in Clarksville. I ordered it from the Tractor Supply in Clarksville and me living in Chicago, made it challenging at best. I contacted Bateys Royalty moving and storage and explaining the situation, they were extremely helpful and made me feel very relaxed and assured me I was in good hands, and that they would take care of everything. They picked up the safe and delivered it to my daughters home. They brought it up two flights of stairs like they were carrying an empty box. They were super careful with my daughters wood stairs and walls. On top of all that they were half the cost of the safe company that Tractor Supply has a contract with. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the job they did from start to finish. Thank You Terry and Ryan!!

Movers showed up 3 hours late. The truck was too small to load all items. Movers refused to make a second trip although I was more than willing to pay for it.

Yvonne I’m sorry you feel this way. We always give a arrival time Window(which is in estimate when it was sent to you when you signed the contract) we do this due to ensure proper arrival due to traffic and jobs that may go over.
Also you stated the movers refused to make a extra trip .***Our moving coordinator always ask for inventory and any other stops so can assure the best accurate estimate possible. *** so if you state that you only have a bedroom set and a couch and the movers actually have to move a fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment they will fall behind on other moves)
