Chris is a highly trained chef with a passion for food. He is an experienced professional chef, has worked in fine dining, owned and operated his own meat company, butcher shop, and catering company for over 15 years. I think Chris is excellent at farm to table cuisine, cooks with seasonal vegetables, uses quality ingredients and creates simple elegant meals that are perfect for intimate meals for family and friends, or meals for special occasions and parties.
