Introduction: My work is what the customer orders. The design is the mix of flowers/ribbon, etc. that were discussed and agreed upon in a written contract. This protects the customer who needs to have a copy of what they are paying me to do. The customer is a team person with myself and we work together all through the process. We can always go back and make changes to the initial plan. The changes are written down anew to insure we are both always in agreement and there are no misunderstandings and it promotes trust in the team relationship. I like looking at my customers as a team mate! Afterall, I am working for their dream to come true! Knowing that I am able to work with flowers to create beautiful designs is very pleasurable. Knowing that they are making someone elses day is such a pleasure!
