I am an all-inclusive, inter-faith minister serving the Tri-Cities and I love to make wedding wishes come true! From the tiniest elopement to full, formal ceremonies with all the bells and whistles, and every kind of ceremony in between - my hope is to make your ceremony, your way.

I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a minister/officiant. She was so easy to work with and very professional. Very punctual. Super sweet. Worth dime she charged. It wasn't just the regular "I DO" ceremony, it was tailored to us and our day.

Kelly was a pleasure to work with. She asked so many questions that we hadn’t even thought about and made sure to even coordinate her attire with our color theme. She was super sweet and a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job especially with the short notice we gave her (less than a month). I would recommend her to anyone in need of an officiant.

Fees are based on travel distance and rehearsal attendance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have performed weddings on the same day so I don't have a typical process - I let your needs dictate how we get to your wedding day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a minister for 2 years before I started performing weddings. I have a degree from ETSU and have lived in this area for over 30 years. I have also been a notary since 1998 and can notarize almost any document (there are very few exceptions).
