I am an all-inclusive, inter-faith minister serving the Tri-Cities and I love to make wedding wishes come true! From the tiniest elopement to full, formal ceremonies with all the bells and whistles, and every kind of ceremony in between - my hope is to make your ceremony, your way.

I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a minister/officiant. She was so easy to work with and very professional. Very punctual. Super sweet. Worth dime she charged. It wasn't just the regular "I DO" ceremony, it was tailored to us and our day.

Kelly did an absolute amazing job. To get to know us and to make sure she knew every detail, she had a zoom meeting with us. Day of, she as was on time and was ready to go. We did not have a rehearsal but with the way she lead the ceremony no one even knew. We would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone needing a weddingofficiant!

Kelly Jones was fantastic! She made me and my wife’s day very special and we felt that she was very professional, responsive, and flexible with us. Fees are based on travel distance and rehearsal attendance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have performed weddings on the same day so I don't have a typical process - I let your needs dictate how we get to your wedding day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a minister for 2 years before I started performing weddings. I have a degree from ETSU and have lived in this area for over 30 years. I have also been a notary since 1998 and can notarize almost any document (there are very few exceptions).
