- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a list of my base prices. Depending on the job and what it entails those prices may change. For example, for a large wedding party I may discount the price. If I have to travel more than 25 miles I may have to add a travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I gain a new customer the most important thing I try to do is have a clear understanding of their expectations. I will have a thorough consultation to ensure we are both on the same page of ideas. I am always open for communication with my clients. My main goal is to make my customers feel at ease & confident that their hair and makeup is in good hands.
