The technician was prompt and very knowledgeable of the problem. He pin pointed the problem and fixed it. He also advised that our ice maker is not the best configuration and that if the problem returns they provided a reasonable estimate for replacing the unit. The tech that came and repaired the refrigerator was great. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He is the five star review. His name is Ryan. The call center is not good to work with. They are not in this country and have no idea where places are. They need a map with mileage between places so they don’t expect one tech to drive halfway across East TN between customers. If I was reviewing the call center, they would get 1 star.

My prices depends of how long and complex is the project. we are not expensive at all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first, we set an appoiment to check the appliance (it costs 30$ or 0$ if customer decide do the job) them if the customer want to repair it, he has to pay half of the total amount and then when the job is finished the rest half.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying for at least 20 years all about electricity.
