Chris and Ethan were fantastic! They were here on the dot for the time I was given for my service appointment and did a beautiful job installing my new Carrier HVAC unit when my original decided to give up the ghost. They worked non-stop and installed all new everything faster than I would have believed possible. From a same-day diagnostic appointment yesterday in two hours from the time I called to a full install in 4.5 hours, the HVAC pros at AireCare went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Awesome service; skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly employees; and the care these folks put in to making sure we got the most affordable price while still getting a quality product all combined to guarantee that I wouldn't think of using another HVAC company and I'll be recommending AireCare to everyone I know in need of AC or heating excellence.

The absolute best HVAC company in Knoxville. Their technician Eddie was able to come out and diagnose my leaking system in less than two hours from when I called for service, did a thorough inspection to ensure what my actual issue was, and found the best price on a new HVAC unit for my home. Even better, they were able to get my new unit installed the very next day! I wouldn't recommend any other HVAC company in town, AireCare can't be beat.
