I had two laptops (a primary and a backup) go out at the same time, one with hardware issues, the other with software issues. Nerds To Go went to work immediately. The were able to offer me a loaner while they addressed the issues. Parts were quickly ordered, delivered and repairs performed, with minimal downtime. Any other repair service I considered would have taken substantially longer or even have had to ship off the computers to a repair depot. I could not be happier.
