__I got contract with him Feb 20th 2014. He told me that I need to pay $2,280 in order to start. So I paid. His contract said 2nd week I need to pay $2,280. So I paid. 3rd week, He asked me to pay $1,000 ahead before he finish because he needs to buy the supply. So I paid. But I did not see any supply coming to my house. After 4 weeks, I found out my rental house has not changed so much. Carpet is still on, Drywall was done a little bid in each rooms, Kitchen is even not touched. Refrigerator space is half way done. Bath room construction is going on 3 weeks but even wall is not done. We failed inspection because wall has not been done. Wired is exposed. Did not install insulation for exterior wall, He started paint one room in 2nd week before nothing is done. I always has to ask AJ what time he is coming to work. Because I do not see him in the morning and some time 2-3 days a week. His contract said he is finishing this job in 3 weeks according his payment schedule. Now I paid $5560 and work has not done. I told him I want to cancel contract and my money back. I am still waiting to hear from him. When I hear from him, I will re-write this review . As of today, He is refusing to talk to me. He does not answer my phone call. When I used another phone number, He answered and he said wait 2 more days to figured out what he is going to do. I would like to get my money back.

All customers should first determine a maximun BUDGET and material cost before calling in the contractors---Than determine the approximate labor cost for your project...If your budget will cover this material and labor cost proceed to make contact with providers of the services you expect to utilize in order to bring your project into existence............................ Always provide a monetary cushion for unexpected rotten wood and other unforeseen possibilities. Now you can thank God for wisdom and Patience!!! Good Craftsmanship takes time--this isn't fast-food.
