I called last minute very hesitant about it concerned they wouldn't be able to keep up with our pace, or have to be worried about our things etc. These gentlemen responded within 30 min of my post @ 7am....were able to arrive by 11am and knock out our uhaul trailer and move furniture in our house as well. Very impressed definetly worth every penny. Will definetly use them again...from start to finish instead of just last load...first impression I have to admit didnt think they were up for task....but I WAS DEFINITELY PROVED WRONG , great guys. They were not afraid of any task, happy positive attitudes just good work vibe all around. Thank you much love Lelani and Robert.
Mark did an awesome job on assembling a dresser I purchased from Wayfair. Great communication in setting up the appointment, arrived on time, and finished assembly within the estimated timeframe. Needed to move on short notice. They did great in not damaging any furniture, walls, belongings. We moved most of our belongings that we were able to box up, but due to shoulder trouble needed help with 2 person items, dressers, beds, tables etc. was told we'd get a 17' truck (possibly 20' as one client was wavering) ... I knew we'd need 2 trips, but with everything ready to go I knew it'd get done in a speedy manner. Well we ended up with a tiny 14' truck (if that big) and it took MULTIPLE trips and lots of rearranging. It ran into way more time than it should have. I contacted Mr Terry and he agreed to adjust the bill to reflect the proper time it should have taken had we gotten the bigger truck. There were a few rough situations amongst the movers that definitely affected the communication and caused grumbling. It was close to 100* so I tried to keep them hydrated and due to them squeezing me in the schedule I was very appreciative of the hard work they did and the speed of unpacking and putting items in the proper rooms etc. also, yes they took breaks, we all do when we work, physical work is hard. They took 2 15 min breaks and we treated them to lunch. I also tipped them. I don't think people understand a lot of the pricing of a move goes to the company for insurance, paying employees etc, but when they bust their butts and sweat is dripping, they deserve a tip.. Hope anyone who uses any moving company keeps that in mind.
Charles arrived on time and was ready to begin. He had looked at the assembly manual online prior to arrival which is good prep. I had already given up on these two pieces myself. It was too complicated for me. I'm glad that I did because they didn't go together exactly as outlined in the manual. Charles had to do some work-arounds because of this. I'm glad that I used this resource to find Charles. I'm very pleased with the work he did. Now, I can actually use these two pieces of furniture that I gave up on weeks ago. Thanks, Charles. I would highly recommend Charles in the future.
