I went for an initial consult with Shannon and was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He paired me with Michelle as my personal trainer and I couldn't be more pleased. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have them talk with our Fitness Director to see what their needs, wants and goals are & to see whether they prefer a female or male trainer. Once that is learned we map out their journey for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always are continuing CEU's. Knowledge is POWER!
