Went in person to talk to Wade and he was really friendly! It's been a while since I've worked out and he talked me through everything and set me up with my trainer within a few days. Michelle is wonderful and I've already learned a lot and made progress in the few weeks I've been working with her. Overall the atmosphere is great and so are the people.

Initial response from Wade was within 20 or 30 minutes of my posting a request. Made me feel like he genuinely wanted my business. I went for an initial consult with Shannon and was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He paired me with Michelle as my personal trainer and I couldn't be more pleased. We have them talk with our Fitness Director to see what their needs, wants and goals are & to see whether they prefer a female or male trainer. Once that is learned we map out their journey for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always are continuing CEU's. Knowledge is POWER!
