A few years ago, I hired CIS-PRG to come look at the land on Douglas lake that I had purchased, I was going to build a vacation home and retirement nest. After several trips I decided on a base cabin and front and rear porches. After I hired them, They cleared a 1000 foot roadway of trees and had power added and helped with a well. They also did what was called a seat. The kit and assembly was more of a headache than I bargained for; but they said they had done many and this was small compared to others. I had family do footers and poured walls and they did the rest up to finishes. All in all I would say I was and am still pleased with my home.

In the spring of 2021, during COVID my wife and I decided to build our dream home. It was more than a dream but a basement and two story log home. CIS-PRG was hired to do excavation, footers, basement, stack logs and build porches and frame interior walls. Essentially ready for the Electric, Plumbing and HVAC and all the interior buildout. I’m giving 4 stars because of the material issues from COVID and delivery problems based on the Log Kit, the work was professional with details as the focal point. I would use them again and was very satisfied with the hands on and work performed.

Peak Resolution Group came out to give us a quote for a covered porch demo and the building of a screened-in porch with gable roof. They were on time, knowledgeable of the subject, professional, and responsive to our questions.

I contacted Peak to remove/replace our front porch and remove/replace a rotten deck in our back yard. The crew arrived onsite quickly and removed the old deck. Under the old deck was a large hole left by the previous home owner. No wonder the previous owner built one large deck with an odd design. This is not something either of us expected, but Paul worked with us to get the hole filled in properly. After the hole was filled, Paul and his crew gave my wife and I better ideas on how to build our back deck. Since the hole was gone, we have better options. They built a two level deck with steps to our pergola and an access ramp into our house. The crew removed and replaced the front porch in one day. We are happy with the work.
