I specialize in shopping for healthy and affordable food and would love to cook that food for you, if that is also your need. You and I will sit down together, you'll let me know your family's allergies, preferences and budget as we plan your meals, then I'll head out to get the freshest and most affordable food I can find. If you don't want to cook, I'll cook for you, package and store your meals and leave you with detailed preparation instructions. I'll even plan a special dessert for each meal; trust me, it is possible to be healthy and still indulge your sweet tooth.
