- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep things simple with our pricing so there's never a surprise. We offer 3 flat-rate options where the more you use us, the more you save. - 2 hours minimum starting @ $225 total - 4 hours (half day) @ $375 total - 8 hours (full day) @ $695 total
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a phone call to thoroughly understand your needs. If a project requires an on-site evaluation for us to provide a quote, we will find a time that's convenient for you and for us to come to your property. In some cases, we can provide a quote over the phone during our initial discovery call. After the initial discovery and quote, we will schedule the job at the earliest time that fits your schedule and ours. Our goal is to provide you with a convenient, quality, and high value experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is owned and operated by a team with a diverse set of backgrounds and skills. Our General Manager comes to the business with experience in a wide variety of home repair and maintenance activities as well as production and project management experience at one of the nation's most reputable home services franchises.
