- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have standard pricing for a square of shingles installed..a square is a 10' x 10' section of roof and how we measure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to come out a meet with each customer to make sure I know excactly what they are expecting and make sure that I know everything about there project before I price it. Most homes I can get on the roof to do a measurement but on some I'll have a Eagleview sattalite measurment done. I can usually have you a quote by that evening. If we are choose then we usually meet again to go over every detail so that on install day there are no questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Construction Management in college in New York and have been awarded a GAF certified contractor which there are only 13 in all of East Tennessee.
