- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is custom tailored to suit your needs. We offer individual FREE quotes to all of our customers and we base our pricing on # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, approximate SF, service package and any additional add-ons you would like in your service. We offer discounts to customers who sign up for recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
e will walk through an individual quote over the phone. Afterwards we will confirm all necessary information to schedule a cleaning. You will receive notifications from us and support from our team leading up to the cleaning and during the cleaning. We are here to help you with any questions or concerns along the way.
