We have an Airbnb in Gatlinburg, TN. Clean Concepts handles our cleaning between guests. The owner is extremely personable and eager to help. We had an initial move in cleaning, which is a thorough clean to start renting. The house was immaculate. Not a spot missed. Attention was paid to every detail a STR owner would want. Our in between cleans are nothing short of amazing.They are flexible with our schedule and can do a same day flip to allow for constant rentals! I love that I can link them to my Airbnb calendar and theyll take care of the rest. They even accommodate extra special requests for our guests. This is top tier customer service and I highly recommend them for anyone needing the job done right, for a great price.

We focus on quality and consistency over being the cheapest option. Our pricing is based on the size of the home, level of cleaning (standard, deep, or move-in/out), and any add-ons like laundry or restocking for short-term rentals.
We do have minimum service prices:
- Standard cleaning starts at $175
- Deep cleaning starts at $235
- Move-in/move-out cleaning starts at $295
For recurring clients, we offer discounted rates depending on frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined upfront. If anything changes during the job, we communicate before proceeding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and efficient:
1) Initial Inquiry – We gather a few details (type of clean, square footage, frequency, and any specific needs).
2) Quote – We provide a clear, upfront price based on your needs.
3) Scheduling – We book your service at a time that works best for you.
4) Cleaning Day – Our team arrives between the hour timeframe selected, follows a detailed checklist, and completes the job professionally.
5) Follow-Up – We ensure you're satisfied and address anything if needed.
For commercial or airbnb clients, we can also do walkthroughs or custom plans.
