- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as transparent as possible with pricing. From studio size homes up to 3 bed 3 bath homes I typically give a per the job price and anything up from there I may decide that the client will be charged per hour per each employee. Extra services offered or requested will have an additional charge outside of but added to the base price. I discuss all charges with the client prior to the day of service and verify services and cost once more upon arrival on the day of service. If I client gives less than 24 hour notice of cancelation or need for a rescheduling the client is charged a $50 late cancelation fee.

Everything started a couple years ago when I started offering Clea ING services to my friends and family.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be scared to ask questions! Speak up. If you don't understand the pricing ask for them to clarify or ask for an itemized invoice.
