I started my home cleaning business because I know what it feels like to have a full plate. As a full-time mom of two, a student, and someone doing their best to keep up with life’s daily demands, I’ve learned just how much a clean home can bring a sense of peace and comfort. This work gives me the flexibility to be there for my kids—to show up for the little moments that matter most—and it also gives me the opportunity to help others who may be feeling overwhelmed trying to juggle the many demands life throws at us. Chasity responds in a timely manner, she is transparent throughout the process and especially with pricing, she leaves no stone unturned. I’ve never seen my house cleaner than when she left. While she was in my home she was professional and respectful of my home/space. I highly recommend her for home cleaning services.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I try to be as transparent as possible with pricing. From studio size homes up to 3 bed 3 bath homes I typically give a per the job price and anything up from there I may decide that the client will be charged per hour per each employee. Extra services offered or requested will have an additional charge outside of but added to the base price. I discuss all charges with the client prior to the day of service and verify services and cost once more upon arrival on the day of service. If I client gives less than 24 hour notice of cancelation or need for a rescheduling the client is charged a $50 late cancelation fee.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Everything started a couple years ago when I started offering Clea ING services to my friends and family.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Don't be scared to ask questions! Speak up. If you don't understand the pricing ask for them to clarify or ask for an itemized invoice.
