- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. We are the premier painting company in the Knoxville area. We guarantee it. Our pricing is value first. We make sure our customers get the best value and provide a comprehensive estimate with options for the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment for about 60-90 minutes so we can assess the work needed and provide a precision estimate. We then carefully review all aspects of the bid with the customer providing a copy of the bid. Once we've reached agreement, we will schedule a time for the work to be started with an approximate completion time, always on the customer's schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years in the paint / painting business. We have over 30 years of customer service experience. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. In fact, we aren't satisfied until you are.
