The lawn itself looks great. The grass was cut evenly, edges were trimmed cleanly, and everything had a neat, well-maintained appearance when he finished. You can tell he takes pride in what he does because the final result wasn’t rushed—it looked like real attention was given to the details that make a yard stand out. It honestly gave my home a much better overall curb appeal.
One thing I do want to mention, just for transparency, is the weed bed area. While it was improved, I do wish it had been cleared out a bit more thoroughly. That said, I completely understand that those types of weeds can be stubborn and difficult to remove entirely without more intensive or specialized services. Given the scope of what was likely included in a standard lawn service, I think he still did a solid job with what he had to work with.
What stood out most to me was his professionalism and work ethic. He stayed focused, worked efficiently, and made sure the main areas of the lawn looked clean and presentable. It’s clear he knows what he’s doing and takes his business seriously.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
