When I bought a new laptop for my business Anatoliy helped me set it up with everything I needed. He also showed me how to use new Windows 8 that came on it. He also followed on a question I had that he had to look into.

It was a home visit at 6105 John May Dr. Knoxville tn. It took him apx. 25 minute to repair the computer but spent considerable time in helping me understanding how the computer works. I am not a computer Nerd. Ha, Ha. I would highly recommend Mr. Anatoliy Aksanov.

Anything related to computers and IT changes so fast, I always have to do research and learn.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done jobs as simple as new computer set up to a whole facility installation. If it's related to IT I'd be glad to work on it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I spent 10 years working as an IT engineer for a big company. Starting out as learning simple things about computers to managing major projects.
