Brittni was awesome!! She was very professional and punctual. She always knew what needed to be done, and she made sure that I was on track. She made planning my wedding in a short amount of time very easy. She was always helpful and had great suggestions. Brittni made sure everything the day of went smoothly, too. She helped with setup and understood what I wanted and needed. If there was an issue I never knew because Brittni handled it right away. Brittni also made sure everything was on time and that we weren't starting anything late. Thank you Brittni for making our wedding day even more special and we could not have done it without you!! I highly recommend Brittni for your wedding planning!!

Outstanding does not begin to describe the effort that Cheers & Co. (Brittni) did to prepare for and coordinate my wedding day. I first met Brittni with my Mom a few months back. My Mom and I both knew we wanted some help the day of the wedding. She is polite, intelligent, and so sweet. She talked through the process and what we should expect from her leading up to the big day. It took such a load off our shoulders! She was always extremely organized and professional. She helped orchestrate the actual ceremony during the rehearsal, as well as coordinate with every single vendor, (including our friend who helped get the beer!) on the day of the wedding. I can't begin to tell you what a delightful experience she made my wedding day be - not only for me, but for my parents and wedding party. It was such a thrill to sit back next to my Mom and Dad and relish the exciting celebration. I was never even the slightest bit stressed - she had everything under control the entire time and worked everything in a neat schedule that she shared with us the week before. Brittni also included so many special touches that made our day all the more memorable. If the rating system was a ten point scale, Brittni and Cheers & Co. would easily leap to a 25 in my book. I cannot recommend her highly enough and if you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator, look no more after meeting with Brittni.

Worst money ever spent! She claims to have years of experience, and shes great at selling herself as a "professional", but has no follow through, AT ALL! first meeting with Brittni went amazing, she had all these ideas and advice on how to save expenses, and unique ways to do things. Explained the guest count and budget upfront. It never changed, and she said how great she was at doing things on a budget. Said that she would give me "homework" and timelines, and boards so that we could keep on track and "that i wouldn't have to stress about anything...." almost all contact that we had in an 8 month period was initiated by me. She just kept saying don't worry, we have time. If i wouldn't have worried and stressed myself out, i wouldn't have had a wedding. I found the venue, photography, dj, rentals, flowers, decor, and food. She gave me one or two options on things, but would never show me actual proposals. She would just say that this is the best she could find or do and would damn near refuse to contact the local vendors i requested. Even got mad and said that she wouldn't put out the flowers if i got them from someone else, after she started her floral arrangements business in the middle of "planning" our wedding. But when asked in person, insisted that it was never said. The day of my wedding, she had no clue what was going on, where to place people or anything, and tucked her tail and left shortly after we said "i do", without a word to anyone! I'm posting this hoping that others read this and save themselves not only money but stress and agrivation.

This review was used as a threat from the client to secure a severe discount on the package she had already signed a contract for. After complying with the demands in order to ensure this client still had a great wedding day, both the client and her groom-to-be were escorted off the venue property prior to the wedding occurring and the wedding was cancelled. We wish her the best.
