John was right on time for our first session. If we can do that every session that is a big plus. He is also very knowledgeable about fitness and knows the right approaches. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

.. I used John as a trainer in a group workout class, boxing and one on one training.. He is great at what he does. He pushes you and challenges you to reach your weight loss goals!

As my personal trainer John listened to my goals and went above and beyond to help me reach those each goal I set. I found his knowledge in fitness as well as nutrition very helpful.

So far so good, we spoke on the phone, answered questions, told each other about ourselves. I was comfortable when speaking to John. We set a start date to do an initial orientation meeting and strength session and we will see how it goes from there. I have a good feeling.
