- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to interview the potential client. Their tastes and their concerns come through the more they talk. I like to get a good grasp of their hopes for the event and their timeline... then I go from there to reach an idea for the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Event Planning and have a year of Decorating education in my background. I was trained at a very early age in Photography and having been a former model in my teens, I was formally trained in Make Up and fashion. Other than that, It's been 20+ years of hands on experience, that makes us a great Event Company.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many years ago, I was asked for my help decorating for a wedding. Then it evolved into coordinating the entire thing. Word of mouth traveled fast and soon, I began getting requests for advice and decor hints and catering... I ended up doing quite a few events on a freelance / part time basis as I ran my other company. Now, I'm ready to take this part time love of Events, and turn it into a Full Time / Full Scale Events company!
